NON-REFUNDABLE TICKET: Your reservation ticket shall be non-refundable except only in situations of force majeure or journey cancellations from the fault of the corporate in which case the passenger has the option to say a refund or to rebook the ticket, with no surcharge, within fifteen (15) calendar times with the trip date written on the ticket.
